It involves determining where and how lines should be routed—taking into account technical conditions, legal requirements, and environmental and economic factors. Good planning ensures that networks can be built efficiently, sustainably, and in a way that is future-proof.

The Goal and Purpose of Line Planning

Route planning not only serves to determine a suitable route for the lines but also forms the strategic foundation for the entire project implementation. The route of power or fiber-optic lines is planned in such a way that it is technically feasible, economically viable, and environmentally sound. Existing infrastructure such as roads, rail lines, or buildings is also factored into the planning.
